Our neon polishes are custom-formulated to be worn without a white base color and its UV reactive properties mean it glows under black light. As always, our crème polishes feature a smooth, high-quality formula for ease of use and long-lasting wear.

Born out of a desire to transcend the limited color palettes of conventional nail polish brands, Cirque Colors nail polish is a non-toxic, 10-free formula that is also vegan and cruelty-free!
